Pricing
Priced per person, not per problem.
A monthly price per user for support and security, plus a set amount for the systems behind them. Modules you add only when they earn their place.
Priced in the open
How we price
Built to be predictable.
Every managed user pays the same amount each month, and that amount covers the day-to-day: the helpdesk, the fixes and the routine upkeep that stops small problems becoming big ones. Nobody has to think twice before picking up the phone.
Alongside that sits a set monthly amount for the systems your people share: your Microsoft 365 tenant, any servers and the network kit at each site. It’s agreed when we quote and it doesn’t move when you add a user.
Projects are quoted separately, fixed in scope and agreed before any work starts. If the scope changes, the quote changes first.
The short version
Per user. Per month. Nothing hidden.
Pricing should be the least interesting part of working with us.
What’s included
What every managed user gets.
Two lines on the invoice, User IT Support and Essential Security, and this is what they buy. Every user has both, because support without security is a problem waiting to happen.
Unlimited support.
Remote and on-site, as often as you need it. No ticket limits and no hourly charges for the everyday stuff.
Maintenance & patching.
Updates, health checks and fixes applied before they turn into downtime, plus a customer portal with Microsoft 365 training.
Antivirus & web filtering.
Business-class protection on every device and DNS filtering that blocks dodgy sites before they load.
Microsoft 365 monitoring.
Watching for suspicious sign-ins, mailbox rules and permission changes across your tenant, so account takeovers get caught early.
Cyber awareness training.
Short, regular training that helps your team spot phishing and social engineering before anyone clicks.
Cyber Essentials readiness.
Your setup kept in line with the Cyber Essentials controls, so certification is a formality rather than a project.
The number that matters
One user, one month, support and security included.
Why security isn’t optional
£35 keeps people working. £18 keeps them safe.
User IT Support is the £35: everything one person and their devices need to keep working, with nothing metered.
Essential Security is the £18: the protection, monitoring and training listed above. It comes with every user we support, no exceptions, because one unprotected laptop puts everyone else in the business at risk.
Plenty of providers sell the security separately so the headline looks cheaper. We’d rather quote the real number.
How we tune it
Three things decide your price.
No algorithm, no discount ladder and no discovery workshop. Tell us these three things and we can usually give you a number on the call.
Count the people.
Anyone who needs support is a user, at £53 a month. Shared mailboxes, meeting-room screens and the printer don’t count.
Add the shared systems.
A set monthly amount for each Microsoft 365 tenant, each server and each site’s network kit. Most small businesses have one of each.
Change it when you change.
Someone joins or leaves, the price changes from the next full calendar month. Every named user is listed on the invoice, so you can see exactly who you’re paying for.
Protect, Run, Plan, Grow
Four modules, one job each.
Everything we do sits in one of four boxes, so you always know which part of the bill is doing what, and which parts you haven’t switched on yet.
Run.
Keeping people working. The support, maintenance and the shared systems behind them. Included for every user, every month.
Protect.
Keeping them safe. Essential Security comes with every user; when your risk, your insurer or your customers ask for more, there are stronger options on top.
Plan.
Keeping you ahead. Account management and a long-term IT plan, included for every client. Someone whose job is to think about next year so you don’t have to.
Grow.
Making the changes. New sites, migrations, hardware refreshes and anything else the plan calls for. Quoted separately, fixed in scope, delivered when it’s the right time.
Pricing questions
What people ask before they book.
Why isn’t there a full price list?
Because your bill is three things: a per-user amount, a set amount for each Microsoft 365 tenant, server and site, and any projects. The first is £53. The others depend on what you have, and we’d rather tell you the real figures on a 15-minute call than publish a table that fits nobody exactly.
What counts as a user?
A person who needs support. Every named user appears on your invoice, so you can see who you’re paying for. Shared mailboxes, meeting-room screens and printers aren’t users and aren’t charged as such.
Can we take support without the security?
No. Essential Security is part of every user because one unprotected device puts the whole business at risk, and it’s us that gets the 2am call when it does. If you already have some of these controls in place, tell us and we’ll talk through how they fit.
What isn’t included in the £53?
The set monthly amounts for your Microsoft 365 tenant, servers and site infrastructure; Microsoft licences and other subscriptions, which are billed at cost alongside your support; hardware; and projects, which are quoted separately at a fixed scope.
Is there a minimum contract or notice period?
No minimum term. Support runs month to month with 90 days’ notice to leave, which is the time it takes to hand over properly rather than a lock-in. Users can be added or removed at any time and the change applies from the next full calendar month.
Do you charge for onboarding?
Yes, a one-off fee equal to one month’s support. It’s agreed in writing before we start and covers getting every user, device and system to the standard the monthly price assumes, so the first invoice is the last surprise.
What happens if we leave?
A professional 90-day offboarding. Your documentation, credentials and licences are yours, and we hand over directly to your incoming provider. We’d expect that on the way in, so we offer it on the way out.
