About Crosstek

Technology is important.
People matter more.

Straightforward advice, responsive support and a team that takes the time to know how your business works.

The beginning Curious from the start.
Practical ever since.

How it started

It started with taking things apart. Then figuring out how to make them better.

Jon’s interest in technology started young. At eight years old, he took apart a broken computer, cleaned it up, put it back together and got it working again.

That curiosity never really went away. What began with wanting to understand how things worked eventually became Crosstek: built around the idea that technology should solve problems, make work easier and help businesses move forward.

Today, the technology is more complex, but the approach is much the same: understand the problem, explain the options clearly and find the right solution without making things more complicated than they need to be.

Technology should make business simpler, not give you another problem to manage.

How we work

No jargon. No disappearing acts.
Just good people doing IT properly.

Good IT support is about more than fixing things when they break. These are the four things we hold ourselves to.

01

Be responsive.

When something gets in the way of your business, we get moving. You should never be left wondering whether anyone is dealing with it.

02

Keep it clear.

Straight answers, practical recommendations and no unnecessary technical waffle. We explain what matters and why.

03

Know your business.

We take the time to understand your people, your systems and what you're trying to get done, so our advice actually fits.

04

Think long term.

We are not interested in quick fixes that create tomorrow's problem. We help you make technology decisions that still look right in three years.

The people behind Crosstek

A small team.
On purpose.

Technology might be what we work with, but Crosstek has always been about people: the businesses we support and the team here to help them.

Crosstek is Jon and a small team of engineers who've been doing this a long time. When you call, you get someone who can actually help, and over time the same people, who already know your systems, your setup and how you like to work.

There's no call centre, no account-manager layer and no ticket disappearing into a queue. The person who answers is close enough to the work to deal with it.

You'll know everyone by name soon enough.

Built for the long term

24

years and counting

Getting a new customer is good.
Keeping one for decades says more.

Some of the businesses that started working with Crosstek in the early days are still with us today.

Those relationships are built by being dependable, giving straight advice and taking the time to understand how each customer actually works, not just what technology they use.

Advice, not upselling.

Recommendations based on what makes sense for your business, not what gives us the biggest sale.

People who know your business.

The better we understand your organisation, the better we can support it and the easier your next decision gets.
