Creating a document that has great visuals can be a key part of any business. Heres how to create text formats to keep your documents looking consistent.

Creating Text formats

  • Once you have created your desired style, highlight it and find the ‘Style’ section in the top navigation bar.
  • Click on the drop down arrows and find ‘Create a style’. Give your style a name and click ‘OK’
  • When you need to use the style, highlight what is written, and then find your creation in the style section. Click it, and it will magically change your writing.

You’ll now be able to create Word documents that look great, are consistent and take less time than ever before!
