Have you ever spent ages on a project, just to send it and lose half the stylised fonts? Well Microsoft hears you and have come up with a solution. Here’s how to embed fonts so that you can send them with peace of mind.

How to Embed fonts

  • In your Microsoft Word document go to file, then options.
  • Click on the ‘Save’ tab
  • Check the ‘Embed fonts’ tickbox.
  • Press ‘OK’

This is great because even if the recipient doesn’t have the same fonts available to them as you, they will still be able to see and edit that document using those fonts.

It’s as easy as that. 4 little steps to stop you from losing your mind and your hard work!
