How to Embed fonts
- In your Microsoft Word document go to file, then options.
- Click on the ‘Save’ tab
- Check the ‘Embed fonts’ tickbox.
- Press ‘OK’
This is great because even if the recipient doesn’t have the same fonts available to them as you, they will still be able to see and edit that document using those fonts.
